Anti-Cheat Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Zero tolerance
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage in a tournament is a serious breach. Confirmed cheating leads to disqualification from the event, forfeiture of any prize and the related entry fee, and — depending on severity — a temporary or permanent ban from the platform.
2. Prohibited cheats and tools
The following are strictly forbidden:
- Aimbots and auto-aim — any software or device that aims or fires for you.
- Wallhacks / ESP — seeing players, loot, or information through walls or terrain.
- Modified game clients or APKs — any non-official, patched, or "modded" version of PUBG Mobile or Free Fire.
- Recoil, speed, fly, teleport, or no-grass hacks and any similar game manipulation.
- GameGuardian or memory editors and any tool that alters game values.
- Emulator bypass where the tournament is designated mobile-only.
- Macros and scripts that automate actions beyond normal play.
3. Account integrity
- Account sharing — a registered seat must be played by the account holder. Letting a stronger player ("ringer") play your slot is cheating.
- Smurfing / fake identity — entering with an account or IGN/UID that misrepresents who is actually playing.
- Multiple accounts — using more than one account to enter the same event, manipulate seats, or abuse rewards.
4. Teaming and collusion
In solo formats, working together with other players — sharing locations, not fighting each other, or coordinating to split prizes — is collusion and is banned. In duo/squad formats, you may only cooperate with your registered teammates.
5. Exploits and match manipulation
Abusing bugs or map glitches, intentionally lagging or disconnecting opponents, false reporting to remove rivals, or any attempt to manipulate match results or standings is prohibited.
6. Proof and cooperation
To claim or keep a prize, you may be asked to provide evidence of fair play, such as full match recordings or screen recordings, your in-game ID, or device details. Refusing a reasonable request for proof may result in your result being voided. We may also rely on Krafton's (PUBG Mobile) and Garena's (Free Fire) own anti-cheat detections and bans.
7. Investigation and decisions
We review reports and suspicious results case by case. While an investigation is ongoing, related payouts may be paused. Our administrators make the final decision on cheating matters in good faith, and we may withhold prizes and wallet funds connected to a confirmed breach.
8. Reporting a cheater
If you suspect someone cheated, report it as soon as possible with the tournament name, the player's IGN/UID, and any evidence (clips or screenshots) to no-reply@blueheavenwater.com.pk. Honest reports help keep the prize pool fair for everyone.
9. Penalties summary
- First confirmed offence: disqualification from the event and forfeiture of related prize/entry fee; possible temporary ban.
- Serious or repeat offences: permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet funds connected to the breach.
- Fraud or chargebacks: account closure and reporting where appropriate.
